How do I pay?
There's no payment on the website. After you send an order request, we email you to confirm the items, total, and payment options. Nothing is charged until you've agreed.
Where do I pick up my order?
In Moorpark, CA 93021. We send the exact pickup spot and a time window with your order confirmation.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Shipping is added to your total when we confirm the order.
How long does it take?
We give you a ready date when we confirm your order. Small items are usually quickest; big or custom pieces take a little longer.
Will my print look exactly like the photo?
Most shop photos are the designers' own example prints. We match colors as closely as our filament allows and will check with you if a color isn't available. Want a specific color? Just ask.
Are the prints food-safe?
No. Our prints are decorative. The Santa cookie tray is for display, so set treats on a napkin.
Can you print a character or team logo?
We can't print trademarked characters, team logos or brand names unless you own them. Original ideas, names and unbranded designs are great.
Are the lanterns safe?
Each lantern comes with a battery LED tealight. Use LED lights only. Never put a real candle in a plastic lantern.
Are fidgets OK for little kids?
Fidgets and articulated toys have small, moving parts. They're not for children under 3.
What are the prints made of?
Mostly PLA, a sturdy plastic that's great for decor and toys. Keep PLA out of hot cars and strong summer sun, where it can soften. For outdoor or heat-exposed pieces, ask about PETG.
