Kawaii Bao Bun Plaster Mold

A one-piece mold for casting cute plaster bao buns, designed from scratch from a single photo, in two versions: plain and with a bow.

A mold you pull straight up can't have anything that hooks the plaster, so the design had to work with that. We moved the face onto the gentler slope of the bun instead of its steep sides, and gave the bow a slight taper so every casting pops out clean.

Pour plaster to the rim, scrape it flat, let it set, and flip out a smiling bun. The mold is reusable.

Aspire Fiber Mascot Figure

A 9½-inch robot mascot standing on a logo base, built as a gift for our local fiber internet provider.

We modeled the robot from the company's mascot art: thumbs up, hand on hip and a Wi-Fi antenna on top. The base carries their logo in their brand colors.

The face screen, ears, chest badge and logo plaque print as separate color inserts that glue in. That keeps the colors crisp and saves hours of color changes compared with printing them in place.

Branded Ghost Can Sleeve

A ghost-shaped sleeve for 12 oz slim cans, with our sun-and-mountains emblem recessed into the base.

We set the Moorpark Craft Co emblem 0.6 mm into the bottom, sized and spaced so the lettering stays crisp at a normal layer height.
